What's New? Photos for our 2007 Trip to Yosemite Valley
Lolo has completed the travelogue and description of last summers cross country trip to Yosemite and Nevada. As of 4/19/2008 I've updated Yosemite with photos. Now I need to finish the photos for the rest of the trip, and add location maps.
Also we've just converted this site to the Drupal content management system with a new website address, so please update any bookmarks as necessary. Also, the search results might not give you the exact page you were looking for, so please search within the site using the link above.
Finally, if anyone is reading this, please test out the contact page and give Lolo a few words of encouragement, while she is finishing up the travelogue for Yosemite. She won't admit it, but it really helps motivate her when she hears that her humble efforts are making a difference for future travelers! Thanks for writing!
A word of warning
This mode of travel is not for everyone. The daily mileages are considerably above what many would consider recreational, and the pace of activities might well be described as frenetic, so you might want to add a few days or remove a few stops to make your trip more relaxing. Still if you like..
- Exploring natural wonders
- Being physically active - hiking, biking, swimming, etc.
- Getting away from the crowds
- Bonding with your offspring or significant other
then you might find something of use in this site. Check out the routes we traveled by hovering your mouse over the year links on the map, and then select one that might be of interest. From that trip's itinerary, select a place of interest.
